Who we are
We are a company that is focused on urban tourism development and recreating value in old cities. Towns and cities through history have functioned both as places where people live, work and shop and as important locations for tourism activity. We are currently working on a project in Penang and aim to play a role in rejuvenating its inner city and help to develop a new community there.
Since we employ a large tool kit in what we do, we have business interests in hospitality, education, property and conservation management services. We recognize that hundreds of variables contribute to the success of moving plans into actual implementation, but it would be a combination of commitment, knowledge, skill and experience that would ultimately determine the outcome.
AGB adheres to a work culture that is grounded in ethics and professionalism. This means we stand by everything we say and do. As a developer, we recognize that a vision should frame the DNA of the plans so that feasibility is combined with inspiration and relevance.
The company, incorporated in July 1999, is privately owned with shareholders’ fund of RM10,000,000 in January 2009.
Our George Town Project which has a GDC of 250 million ringgit is our maiden venture. We have offices in Kuala Lumpur and George Town.
